Who will I see?
Where can I be treated?
What matters is where you are sitting during the visit, not where you live. A clinician may only treat you in a state they are licensed in, so you confirm your location every time you book — a saved address is not enough.
What does it cost?
You see the full price, itemised, before you pay. There is no separate booking fee and nothing is added afterwards. Exetazo does not bill insurance — see the payment agreement.
Is this urgent care? Can I call at 2am?
No. Exetazo is scheduled care. You book a time your clinician has posted, and that is when you are seen. There is no on-call line and no after-hours cover.
If you think you have an emergency — chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, thoughts of harming yourself — call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not book a visit and wait.
Can I get a prescription?
Sometimes. Your clinician decides during the visit, as they would in person. A prescription is never guaranteed, and filling in the intake form is not the same as being examined — the visit still happens.
Controlled substances have extra federal and state rules and are not currently prescribed here.
What happens to my records?
Your clinician writes a note after the visit and signs it. Once signed, it goes into your medical record, and the part written for you appears on your dashboard — in plain language, with the plan and any follow-up.
You can download everything we hold at any time from the your dashboard, as one file you can keep or hand to another clinician. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to wait.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes — up to one hour before the visit, from your dashboard. Moving a visit carries your payment with it; it is not a second purchase.
Inside the last hour your clinician has already set that time aside, so it stops being self-serve — contact support and we will help. If we cannot provide the visit, you are refunded in full.
Can my family use my account?
A family plan covers a spouse and children. Each person is added separately with their own name and date of birth, because each of them gets their own medical record. Do not book a visit for somebody else under your own name — the note would be written against the wrong person.
What do I need for the video visit?
A phone or computer with a camera, and somewhere private enough to talk. The visit opens in your browser — there is no app to install. You can join from an hour before.
You will be asked to confirm the state you are sitting in and that the visit is for you. Both go on the record.
Is the veteran service the same thing?
No. DBQs and nexus statements are a records review, not a telehealth visit and not treatment. They are booked and priced separately, and nothing in them decides your VA claim — that is the VA's decision, not ours.
I am a clinician. Can I join?
Exetazo is not onboarding clinicians yet, but there is a waiting list, and it takes about a minute — name, degree, phone, email, and the states you want to work in.
You set your own visit fee. Exetazo adds a flat technology fee per visit and a one-time fee the first time you see a given patient — flat amounts, not a percentage, so they do not grow as your fee does.
Ready to book?
Most visits take about 15 minutes. You see the full price before you pay.
