Exetazo virtual visits — single appointments or flexible monthly subscriptions for you and your family.
You can create an account before you book. Visits are scheduled during the hours your clinician has posted — Exetazo is not an on-call service.
After payment you will choose an available time and complete a brief step-by-step intake form.
This is the fee set by the clinician currently taking patients. Each clinician sets their own, so as more join you will see their price before you choose. You always see the full amount, itemised, before you pay.
Minimum 3-month commitment. You can browse first; we'll ask you to sign in before a subscription is purchased, then return you to this plan.
What you pay is the monthly price, and it does not change. Not at three months, not later. There is nothing taken up front beyond the first month.
The first three months are a commitment. If you cancel inside that window, the visits you have already had are re-priced at the standard single-visit price — or the plan price, whichever is cheaper at the time — and we settle the difference against what you have paid. After three months you can cancel whenever you like, with no adjustment and no change in price.
Not sure? A single visit is cheaper if you expect to be seen once or twice a year. A plan starts paying for itself at the second visit. You can always start with a single visit and move to a plan later.
Subscriptions do not guarantee a slot and are not on-call coverage. You book times your clinician has posted in a state they are licensed in. If no time is open within 48 hours, you may leave a message or request a refund until a visit is accepted.

Family coverage is limited to a spouse and children. The listed add-on includes 3 people (you + 2). Each extra person is +$15 / month.
Most appointments take about 15 minutes. First appointments may take up to 30 minutes. Slots are booked in 30-minute blocks (adjustable by admin later).
Exetazo is scheduled care. You book a time a licensed clinician has posted in your state, and that is when you are seen. There is no on-call line and no after-hours cover, and an hour with nothing posted is not covered by a backup. Emergencies: call 911.
First visit: demographics, medications, allergies, conditions, and surgeries. Later visits only ask you to confirm that history is still accurate. Then purpose, a short 10-question review of systems, and optional vitals.
Once payment, scheduling, and intake are complete you will receive confirmation details including the provider you are paired with and how the call will work.
