Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026 · Version 2026-09-08

This policy covers personal information handled by the website. Health information created by your care is covered by the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Exetazo Health (“Exetazo,” “we,” “us”) operates www.exetazohealth.com to improve access to medical care, especially for people who are uninsured or underinsured, and to reduce cost without sacrificing quality, empathy, safety, dignity, integrity, confidentiality, or clinical judgment.

1. Information we may collect

We collect: account details (name, date of birth, phone, email); visit and family-member information; insurance data used for prescribing context, not billing unless we say otherwise; intake and review-of-systems answers; appointment, payment, and refund records; provider credentialing files; and technical logs (device, IP, and approximate location needed for state licensure).

2. How we use it

We use information to schedule and deliver care, verify identity and licensure, process payments and refunds, communicate about visits, meet legal duties, improve safety, and operate the marketplace. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We may share information with treating clinicians, pharmacies, payment processors, identity/credential vendors, emergency services when required, and service providers bound by contract. We may disclose information if required by law. Health information is also described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

4. Where your medical record is kept

Your medical record — visits, notes, medications, problems — is held in the clinical record system, separately from the website. Your clinician writes and signs a note there; the website carries a copy of the part written for you, so you can read it on your dashboard. You can download everything we hold at any time, without asking, from your dashboard.

5. Retention and security

Records are retained as required by medical, tax, and payment rules, then deleted or de-identified. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a telehealth practice, and every read of a patient's chart is logged with who read it and why. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

6. Website analytics

On our public pages — the home page, Telehealth, Veteran Disability, pricing, this policy, and the FAQ — we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people find care. IP addresses are anonymized. It is never loaded on your dashboard, the intake and booking screens, or any page you reach after signing in, and it never receives your name, your health information, or anything about your visits. You can turn it off from the notice at the bottom of any public page; that choice is remembered on the device you used.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or a copy of your records through Contact. You may close an account; some records must be kept. You may opt out of website analytics as described above. California and other state privacy rights will be honored where they apply.

8. Children

A parent or legal guardian must create the account and consent for a minor. We do not knowingly collect information from children except as part of an authorized family visit.

9. Contact

Privacy questions: use the Contact page and choose a privacy-related subject. Emergencies: call 911. Do not use this website for emergency care.
