1. Who we are

Exetazo provides a platform for cash-pay telehealth and related services. Clinicians who treat you are responsible for the medical care they deliver. Exetazo is not an insurance company and does not replace emergency services.

2. Eligibility and location

You must be located in a state where an Exetazo clinician is licensed for the service you book. You agree to tell us the state you will be in at the time of the visit. A parent or guardian must act for a minor.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your login and for information you enter. Do not share accounts. Family plans cover a spouse and children only.

4. Not for emergencies and not on-call

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this site, email, or a scheduled telehealth slot for chest pain, severe bleeding, suicidal crisis, stroke symptoms, or other emergencies.

Exetazo does not provide on-call or after-hours coverage. You book a time your clinician has posted as available, and that is when you are seen. An hour with no posted time is not covered by an on-call backup. A message you send when nothing is open is read when a clinician is next working; it is not a promise of immediate contact.

5. Changing or cancelling an appointment

You may move or cancel a booked visit yourself up to one hour before it starts. Moving a visit keeps the payment you have already made; it is not a new purchase. Inside the last hour the clinician has set the time aside for you, so changes are no longer self-serve — contact support and we will help. Your clinician may also hand a visit back at any time, in which case we look for another licensed clinician and tell you what is happening.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices are cash-pay unless we say otherwise. Subscriptions do not guarantee a same-day or 48-hour slot. A single-visit refund, when eligible, returns money. A subscription cancellation before a clinician accepts returns the visit to your monthly allowance and does not automatically refund the subscription fee. If you cancel a monthly plan within the first three months, the visits you have already had are re-priced at the standard single-visit price — or the plan price, whichever is cheaper at the time — and the difference is settled against the subscription amounts you have already paid. After three months there is no adjustment and no change in price: cancelling simply stops future monthly charges at the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, impersonate anyone, upload malware, scrape the service, resell access, or enter another person’s information without authority.

8. Availability of the website

We work to keep the website available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be down for maintenance, or unreachable because of a failure at a network or hosting provider. Except where the law does not allow it, the website is provided without warranties of any kind. This does not limit anything owed to you as a patient: if a visit you have paid for cannot be provided, you are refunded, and your medical record is held in the clinical record system rather than on this website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Exetazo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited, including certain personal-injury claims or liability caused by willful misconduct. Clinician malpractice claims are addressed in the clinician relationship and applicable law.

10. Other documents

These terms work together with the Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Telehealth Consent. Providers are also bound by the Provider Agreement.
